HOW TO JOIN
CurseForge
- If necessary, download and install the CurseForge app and set it up for Minecraft use. Now is the time to allocate more ram.
- Download the modpack zip
- From the Minecraft page on CurseForge, click "Create Custom Profile"
- Near the top of the popup, click "import" and select the zip downloaded earlier
- Wait for the mods to install, then click "Play"
- Once the game loads, the server should be already listed in the Multiplayer tab. Click "Join Server"
- If the server is not present, enter one of the following for the server address:
Server IP: mc.youthcraft.net
Alt IP: 149.130.220.238 - If your computer cannot handle shaders, you can turn them off in-game by pressing the "End" key on your keyboard or go to Options > Video Settings > Shader Settings
Prism Launcher
- If necessary, download and install Prism Launcher and set it up according to their instructions (this can be a little challenging as it involves assigning a Java Runtime). Now is the time to allocate more ram.
- Copy this url: https://youthcraft.net/YC13 Fear Nightfall v12.zip
- Click "Add Instance" on Prism Launcher
- Click the "Import" tab, paste the link, and click "OK"
- If a message pops up to download missing mods, click "Open Missing" and then download each of the mods to one of the locations Prism is scanning.
- Wait for the modpack to finish installing, then click "Launch"
- Once the game loads, the server should be already listed in the Multiplayer tab. Click "Join Server"
- If the server is not present, enter one of the following for the server address:
